Blue Bamboo Yoga has three locations in the west end. The third location is in Stittsville, and is opening May 1st.

We offer a variety of yoga classes for both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners. For Ottawa Moms, we offer Mom and Baby classes, and Parent & Child Classes. For Moms-to-be, we have Prenatal Yoga classes, which are very popular. Participants get the added benefit of networking with other Moms and Moms-to-be.

We also offer cardio classes such as Zumba and Spinning. Students can also participate in the numerous workshops we offer each month.

Students can attend any class at any studio location with their Class Pass.
